How to make a reservation?

If you are making a reservation for a group please ensure all participants within your group are familiar with the ‘Terms and conditions’ and ‘Clothing, gear and rules’ information provided on this website.

Step 1 – Select a tour you would like to join
Select a tour using the overviews of the tours under Tours or Dates and click on the ‘make reservation’ button behind the selected tour.

Step 2 – Personal details and terms and conditions
Enter your personal details (name, address where you stay, e-mail address and if possible phone number). Read the terms and conditions and, if you agree to these, tick the I accept the terms and conditions square. Click on the ‘next’ button.

Step 3 – Check your details
The next screen shows the details that you provided. Check these details carefully, especially your e-mail address! Click the button ‘previous’ to change your details or the button ‘confirm’ if your details are correct.

Step 4 - Confirmation and invoice
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address. This e-mail contains a link to complete your reservation. If you do not complete your reservation within 2 days, then your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

After completion of your reservation an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. This invoice shows your reservation, provides payment information and information about the location where you are expected on the day of your tour. If you do not receive the e-mail to confirm your reservation and/or the e-mail with the invoice within a few minutes, please check your ‘junk mail’.
